Super Feedback is an open-source visual feedback tool that allows users to add comments and annotations directly on websites. The Service consists of:

  • A browser extension that enables commenting on any webpage
  • A web dashboard for managing projects and viewing feedback
  • Cloud-based storage for comments and project data

3. User Accounts and Access

Super Feedback uses access codes instead of traditional user accounts. By using an access code, you agree that:

  • You will not share admin codes with unauthorized individuals
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access codes
  • You will notify project administrators if you believe a code has been compromised

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Content and Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the comments and feedback you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Super Feedback a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is open-source software. Please refer to our GitHub repository for licensing information.

The Service allows you to annotate third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
